2.3. Customer Information Storage and Usage Period
For current accounts, 58JL will store and use customer information indefinitely until the customer closes the account. For closed accounts, 58JL still stores the customer’s Personal Information and access to serve the purposes of fraud prevention, investigation, answering questions, etc. This Personal Information will be stored by 58JL on the server system for a maximum of 12 (twelve) months from the date the customer closes the account on 58JL. After this period expires, 58JL will permanently delete the customer’s Personal Information.
2.4. Scope of Customer Information Use
58JL has the right to use the information provided by customers, including but not limited to customer information to:
- Provide services/utilities to customers based on their needs and habits when accessing 58JL;
- Detect and prevent fraudulent activities, account sabotage, or impersonation of customers on 58JL;
- Contact, support communication, and resolve issues with customers in special cases.
2.5. Privacy Policy with Links to Other Websites
Customers are responsible for protecting their account information and not providing any information related to their account and access password on 58JL on other websites except when logging into the official address of 58JL at https://58JLComkyc.com/ Customers are solely responsible for issues arising when customers access 58JL from websites other than the official website of 58JL.
2.6. Sharing Customer Information
58JL does not provide customer information to any third party except in cases where it is required to do so by competent state agencies, or as required by law, or when the provision of such information is necessary for 58JL to provide services/utilities to customers (e.g., providing necessary information to the unit implementing or demoing the software…).
